Founded in 1997 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 2005, Alltronics Holdings Limited has grown into a regional manufacturing group with operations across Asia.
Our Company
Alltronics Holdings Limited is principally engaged in research, development, manufacture and sale of electronic products, electronic components, precision moulds and plastic components. The Group supports OEM and ODM customers through engineering, quality control and regional delivery.
With six manufacturing facilities across China, Malaysia and Vietnam and more than 2682 employees, we deliver reliable, high quality solutions to customers worldwide.

Alltronics Holdings Limited was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
2022
A solar power generation system was implemented at the Shenzhen factory to support greener operations.
20 Aug 2025
Acquired a 100% equity interest in Winner Sky Technology Hong Kong Limited, operating a facility in Penang, Malaysia.

Acquired a 51% equity interest in EME Limited to expand product design and distribution capabilities.
31 Dec 2025
Acquired a 51% equity interest in Momentum Industrial (Vietnam) Limited in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
